Up for auction is this cool, old-school Ford F-250 Custom. Surface rust & a crinkle in the top of the original tailgate, but otherwise a good, solid version of this iconic truck (only spot I'd replace because of rust would be the driver-side floor board). Regular cab with the 351M V-8 engine. Was converted to run on gas or propane, but I'd suggest taking the truck back to its original gas configuration. Would be a great father/son/daughter project. I bought the truck back in 2011 intending it to be a project for me, but I never got around to it. This truck can sit for six months & all I have to do is charge the battery & it'll start right up. Because of that dual-fuel carb, though, it takes a while to warm up. Just recently developed a fine-spray leak in possibly a power-steering line, but nothing that wouldn't be easy to fix, Previous owner installed new gas tank, shocks & tires. I installed a galvanized dual exhaust. An LMC catalog has everything you'd need to restore this vehicle!
