Running and rideable 1989 BMW R100GS being auctioned in “as is condition” Clear Pennsylvania title in my name Current Pennsylvania vehicle inspection though October 2019 Known vehicle discrepancies are as follow: Fuel tank leaks at front mounting point (see last photo) Odometer and trip odometer do not work Corbin seat is well worn (see photos) Dents on left side of fuel tank (see photos) Both throttle cables frayed Transmission neutral light switch leaks Repair done to rear turn signal stalks No tool kit No owner’s manual No mirrors No rear seat lock No crashbars No side stand No oil cooler What you see in the photos is what you are bidding on ALL exhaust, spark plug, oil fill port and fastener threads thoughout bike are in very good condition The following mechanical services were LAST performed in December 2017: ALL fluids and filter changed Replaced steering bearings, swing arm bearings, fork seals and brake pads Carburetors, front forks and brake system completely disassembled, cleaned and reassembled Yes, the motorcycle probably has its original driveshaft No, the transmission probably has not had a circlip modification AND NOW FOR THE NOT SO FINE PRINT: ASK ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING INSPECTION OF VEHICLE PRIOR TO BIDDING IS WELCOME AND ENCOURAGED WINNING BIDDER HAS THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE AUCTION TRANSACTION AT THE TIME OF VEHICLE PICK UP IF FOR ANY REASON THEY ARE NOT SATIFIED WITH THE MOTORCYCLE THUS, I PREFER PAYMENT IN CASH AT THE TIME OF VEHICLE PICKUP AND FINALLY, TO REITERATE, THIS MOTORCYCLE IS BEING AUCTIONED IN “AS IS CONDITION” WILL BE SELLING ADDITIONAL PARTS FOR R24, R25, R26, R27, R50/2, R50S, R50/5, R51/2, R51/3, R60/2, R60/7, R67, R68, R60/6, R65, R65LS, R69, R69S, R75/5, R75/6, R75/7, R80/7, R80ST, R80G/S, R80RT, R90/6, R90S, R100R, R100CS, R100GS, R100RS AND R100RT BMW MOTORCYCLES
