2001 Chevy HD2500 Short Bed 4 door 2WD Prerunner. 6.0 Liter Vortec Engine! Factory original corvette motor. This is a show truck that was built for sand not four wheelin thru the Rockies. It was built in California for Glamis. I do not guarantee it to be street legal in the area that you live however I get along just fine here in Oregon on the roads. This is a truck for someone that may need to overcompensate for other things or just like a lot of attention. It is very large and commands serious attention wherever you drive it. Clean car fax history report showing no accident history and only three owners. It has just over 39,000 original miles with a long list of upgrades that money was not the issue to build. It was reported that this truck cost about 75,000.00 to build back in 2001, not including the cost of the truck. Although this is a older build, it was done correctly and is very affordable. Whatever this truck sells for is a fraction of how much you would spend to raise your existing truck. - Custom paint is done with white and red pearl. It has skulls in the pearl and in the red paint- Custom frame build that is all powder coated and heavily reinforced frame. - Custom Suspension thousands spent on the suspension. This truck has 25" of lift!!!- Custom rearend. I am not sure what gears this has but it does well for driving around town and on the highway. Its a good highway cruiser and you would be surprised on the fuel economy. Has original temp gauge for transmission. It gets around 12 miles per gallon pushing those huge 44" Tires is great- Custom stereo that the screen is motorized and comes out of the dash via remote- Custom motorized running boards. She sits up pretty high and when you open the door the running boards come down so you can get inside relatively easy. - Custom exhaust from the headers all the way back to the bed.- Custom tow hitch that is removable on the back of the truck. Has built in brake control if you wanted to tow your boat, jet skis, toyhauler or travel trailer. Get in a drive this truck anywhere. It is reliable and done correctly. Go Big or go home right? This truck is very rare and known in the sand truck community. At the end of this build it was showcased in several magazines. Buy-it-now and be the only one in town with a truck that is super sick. ConditionThis truck has 39k original miles on this awesome 6 liter vortec factory corvette motor. It runs very smooth, no smoke no engine noise and no hesitation to shift. The transmission is very solid. Does not leak any fluids.Tires show wear and will need to be replaced soon. There is cracking in the tire sidewall. It was painted in 2001 and still looks great but there is some areas of wear on the paint that are in the pics. There is some surface rust on some of the bolts and suspension parts that are in the pics. Very minor but noted. There is no exterior rust on the body and the frame looks excellent. It is missing the seat headrests. The abs light is on and I am sure that the ABS braking system has been disconnected. This is a 18 year old show truck that has been used. Be realistic in your expectations of condition as it shows wear consistent with the age and use. Email for questions. Shipping Disclosure.
