Excellent condition 997 model Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe. Tiptronic with only 69K miles. Only 13K miles have been put on the car for the previous 6 years. Always garaged. Full service records will be presented. The entire engine was replaced at 41,600 miles. Fault of the manufacturer. Was always driven carefully. Never tracked. All parts, labor and service for the replacement was done by Porsche. So this engine only has around 29K miles on it and it runs like new. Work was completed at Carlsen Porsche in Redwood City, CA. The engine was not rebuilt. It was a brand new engine from Porsche. Cost was about 10K for the engine and 3K for the installation. Everything in and on the car works perfectly with no issues. Clean title in-hand. Looks brand new! Runs and drives like new too! 19" wheels with Michelin Pilot Sports all around. Very good tread remaining. Needs absolutely nothing.
