Vehicle Detail

1964 Hawk GT. Automatic on the floor. Car is in fair condition. Trunk is solid. All glass is great except for front windshield which has a crack. But I have the replacement windshield that will come with it. Chrome is fairly clean with few minor exceptions. It will need floor pans. The original 289 engine with the yellow valve covers is currently seized and pulled from vehicle. Awaiting my approval for rebuild if car does not sell. Car is complete. All parts are there for this car, interior and exterior. The car will need full restoration but what a rare and beautiful car it is and can be. My first time ever selling on Ebay so I have no previous experience here. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will gladly get back to you as soon as possible. Vehicle data is as follows:1964 Gran Turismo Hawk-VIN: 64V9346- hardtop - weight: 3280- wheelbase: 120 - 1/2- engine: 289 V/8- production: 1767- cost: $2958- color: Bordeaux redOriginally sold by Davis motors 6086 N. Main St. Rodchester, MI. Originally delivered to Mr. Lyal Simon, 247 Gerard St., Flint MI.1767 produced, with 283 shipped out of the U.S, leaving 1484 existing in the U.S., out of those, only so many were automatic on the floor. By my estimation, this 1964 Studebaker is among the rarest year and type of this car to exist. Thank you for your interest. On Oct-26-18 at 16:49:56 PDT, seller added the following information: *Update* Body tag # 64 V K6 913 Upon requests for more detailed information. Rocker panels are fairly solid and in tact. Rear floor pans and middle hump solid as a rock. Trunk solid as a rock. The frame is solid and not rusted through anywhere I can see. No major and very few to no little dents. Will need front floor pans . Some rust here and there on it. As stated above will need full restoration. But when it's done you will have a very nice , very rare car. Thank you.
