Putting on just over ten thousand miles, I purchased this vehicle with no title from a dealer that received vehicles from a Mechanical tech training program. This vehicle is being sold the same way with "no title" on a no reserve auction. Depending on the state there are different ways to apply for VIN registration, but that is buyers responsibility and will only have a bill of sale for this vehicle. This is a low actual mile vehicle but is sold as-is with normal wear and tear, dings, light scratches and damage reflected in the pictures(back bumper, seat) which were present when I purchased back in 2015. The Subaru runs out fine, AC, Sunroof and electronics all work as expected to. Brake pads and other wear items will need future replacement as expected. Just drove a 490 mile round trip last month.
