Thanks for looking at my 86 El Camino. I have known this car since it was pretty much new. I bought it from the son of the original owner after he passed away. He loved this car! 100% smog legal. She is sporting a crate 350/290 hp and a 700r4 with Corvette servos. Rear is a real 4;11 posi. See picture , does one hell of a burnout! All factory smog equipment remains on the car. Hell it even passes California smog. A/C not charged. I had a set of Torque Thrusts sitting around so they replaced the "Miami Vice" Centerlines (tires were dry rotted). The factory hood is in great shape and boxed up. I bought a cowl hood from Classic Industries to give it less of an old man look. It is really a neat old car. Unfortunately I just work a lot and have way too many cars. (so my wife says) THE BAD: Please look closely at the pics. the previous owner spent $6000.00 having it repainted. Obviously the prep work was crap. IT DOES NEED TO BE REPAINTED. That being said, it is a dry rust free Southern California car. It has never been in any kind of an accident that I am aware . Eager to sell but not giving it away. I was going to put Edelbrock EFI on it to make better use of the 350. I would not have a problem driving it cross country. I drive it about 60 miles per month.
