RE-LISTING ITEM DUE TO PREVIOUS WINNING BIDDER FAILING TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH PURCHASE. This vehicle was bought several years ago on eBay. It has not been driven very often since. When we purchased the vehicle it was dusk and convertible top was down, therefore we were unaware of the hole until we were on our way home and it started to rain. The convertible top does need to be replaced. The top is automatic and works great. The tires have 90% tread left on them. The car runs good and the engine light is on. I had it checked and the censor states it needs a new dash board cluster. The AC & Heat works intermittently Interior is white leather and worn due to wear and tear. The wheels are in good shape. There are no dents in the body only minor scratches. The radio does not work. A New battery has been installed after last listing. The vehicle is bought as is with no warranty, verbally or implied. Car can be purchased to be repaired and driven daily or can be used as parts for BMW 323CI. The buyer is responsible for picking up. There is no reserve one this BMW.
