RARE 1970 351 Cleveland 4bbl convertible. Originally medium blue metallic with white knit vinyl interior. Automatic, power steering, power disc brakes, AC, deluxe interior, console, power top, 9in rear end and MORE (see attached marti report). This car has been sitting for close to 15 years and has been in Colorado for a majority of its life. It will need a complete restoration but does not seem to have been in any serious accidents. The frame rails do not have rust and there is no evidence of them being damaged. The trunk pan is straight and rust free as well as the engine compartment. The floor pans, rockers, lower quarters, front torque boxes, and door skins will need to be repaired (but are not completely ruined). The motor, trans and rear end are all in the car but the condition is unknown (cannot confirm motor is original, but is a correct 1970 351 Cleveland block). The motor will turn by hand (does not run), the transmission goes into gear, the brakes work and the vehicle will roll. The convertible top frame is in great shape and moves using the power switch. The car is 99% complete including the chrome trim and and has all AC, power steering and power disc brake components. The engine has all the bells and whistles on it including engine lowering hooks and heat shield over the original exhaust manifolds. The carb is the original with the tag still on it. If you are considering restoring a 1970 convertible this one is a great candidate. There were only 582 351 4bbl Cleveland convertibles in 1970 and this one is a ONE of ONE when it comes down to its options. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
