great Jeep in excellent condition On Sep-03-18 at 18:09:33 PDT, seller added the following information: For sale is a nice example of a 2003 Jeep Liberty Renegade. After about 12 years of ownership I am trading it in, but if someone is looking for the Renegade trim level this is a good chance to get it for less than retail value. The body is in great shape overall, with the plastics having been treated periodically throughout it's time in my care, having only ever been hand washed on a near weekly basis. Some of the badges have faded or chipped with age, and when that happened I'd remove them, which is why it is partially de-badged - this Jeep has never been in an accident, only a couple of small dings are present on the hood from a garage ladder tip-over, and they could be removed without paint work. The wheels show virtually no damage at all, and the light bar is complete with covers for the lenses. The interior is also in good condition, with the leather bolsters crack-free and only showing the wrinkles you'd expect from a car of this age. In July 2017, at 98k miles a complete brake service was done, pads & rotors, along with an oil change. In June 2016 at 93k miles was the previous service, an oil change along with oil pressure switch and right front lower ball joint with alignment, and wipers. March 2016 I replaced the hazard switch/relay. In June 2015 at 88k another oil change, along with exhaust replacement and new tires. Around 80k miles I replaced a leaky valve cover gasket. Unfortunately, I only have one key & fob. Previous to that I've kept up with regular oil changes and the engine runs well to this day. The A/C blows cold, no issues with the heat either. The transfer case switches between modes without drama, and the 2wd/4wd modes work as they should. I replaced the factory head unit with a Alpine CDE head unit with USB/Aux, and it actually produces a little better sound quality and volume.
