Vehicle Detail
Only 4470 miles with new Avon tires (200miles), lithium battery (July), full tune up with valve adjustment (July), Engine Ice coolant (July), Mobil 1 and filter(100 miles ago) + 5 extra filters, both factory owners and shop manuals also. Has Leo Vinci exhaust (great sound, but not real loud), stage 2 jet kit (great throttle response and no flat spots), wheels were anodized to blue (white originally). Fun bike, handles great and with a 13,500 redline sounds even better. Stock rated at 32hp, I would guess about 36hp now. I am 65 years old and now have arthritis in my wrists, perfect bike for 5' 10" and under, also very lite about 325#. Very rare, the last year sold in the US but the best year (many improvements, better front brake, larger front wheel, etc). I have seen these bikes with over 50,000 miles on them, as long as you service it they run forever. On Aug-26-18 at 08:26:51 PDT, seller added the following information: V twin engine with 4 values per cyl. is very narrow and great weight balance as well. Honda still sells this bike without the body work in asia and Europe On Aug-26-18 at 11:40:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Just found 1989 for sale in Los Angeles with 5300 miles same condition as mine but not as desirable year for $3200!!On Aug-26-18 at 22:51:29 PDT, seller added the following information: The 1989 one for sale is on Craigslist in LA, does not have the Leo Vinci exhaust, has not been rejetted (being a Calif. emissions bike it will run very lean, you can not ride it for at least 5 minutes or more), and does not have the anodized matching wheels(these extras would cost $1500 at least).
