2002 Kia Sportage Sold for parts but runs 125,600 miles I've owned this car for about 4 years or so. Was used as a local car for my kids. Kids are grown and no longer need the vehicle. Runs but needs a new battery and runs rough. Has been sitting for 6 months and started occasionally so I would not suggest trying to drive it away. Tow this car to your location. Tires are in pretty good condition and have much life in them. The two tires on the drivers side have slow leaks but I think that they just need to kept re-mounted to solve the problem as I don't see any damage to the tires. Car had some bad body work done on some of the doors and rear quarter and paint is peeling. This car is not a looker but can be parted out of fixed up for someone needing something to drive local. One other issue. towards the end of the use, had to fill the gas tank very slow or it would overflow out of fill pipe. From what I read, there must be a vent hose that is clogged and causing the problem. Never had it fixed or looked at. Not sure of the condition of brakes since it has been sitting so long. Has some rust in areas. Once again. Being sold for Parts without any warranty or claims so you are taking the vehicle AS IS. Interior is in pretty good condition. Has the manual and I have the clear title in hand. Payment is due via Cash at time of pick up in Naperville Illinois at my shop. $200 deposit due within 24 hours of auction end via paypal. Pick up must be within 7 days of auction end. I may be flexible depending on the situation.
