2005 Audi S4 Avant in Nogaro Blue, 4.2L, 6spd Manual, 182,834 miles. (I'm still driving this car on occasion, mileage could minimally increase during auction.)I will describe this car and it's history to the best of my ability, as much of it was told to me when I purchased the vehicle, or represented in the documentation and service history included with the car.As far as I know, this is a 3 owner car. Most of the miles on this vehicle were put on as a cross country commuter vehicle to and from the first owner's vacation property. This car was purchased in 08/2004 and had 141000 miles on it before it's first sale 09/2010. Since then I believe the car was traded in and sold at auction to a dealer that sold it to the second owner. I purchased the car in early in the year 2016 (I think). The car came with an entire paperwork history (included with sale) documenting everything from the original sales receipt and window sticker, every last dealership service record, receipts for the "engine out timing service" which the second had performed by a reputable Audi/VW shop, as well as most other service receipts, tire purchases and alignment specs. I purchased the car as an enthusiast, and used it as a "Sunday Driver", the rest of the time it was stored in a climate controlled garage.This car is 13 years old with high mileage, it isn't perfect. It is however a well-maintained, well-treated, car which was responsibly driven (not raced, not beaten). I would rate this car a high 8 or low 9 out of 10. This car will be well suited for another enthusiast who enjoys the regular maintenance and care that these performance German cars require. Features: - New OEM Catalytic Converters and Mass Airflow Sensor at 136k - New OEM Battery at 141k - Timing tensioners and chains done at 166k as well as all guides and upgraded B7 upper and lower timing chain guides @ 166k - New Stern Pro engine, snub, and transmission mounts @ 166k. - New South Bend Stage 2 Endurance Flywheel Clutch Kit and Clutch Slave Cylinder @166k - All new seals and gaskets including valley pan, oil filter housing, front and rear main, timing chain covers, EGR valves, rear coolant crossover pipe, temp sensor, intake manifold, valve covers, oil pan, front coolant crossover pipe. @ 166k - New Cam Pos Sensors, Temp Sensor @ 166k - New lower radiator hose, water pump, and thermostat all replaced @ 166k - Malone “Stage 1.5” ECU tune w/ Emission Delete @ 166k (tune date: 07/12/13) - Brake system fluid flush and replace @ 166k. - New Fuel Pump Assy and Right Side OEM Fuel Tank Sending Unit @ 169k - New Crank Position Sensors and complete Gear Shift Lever Assembly (OEM updated style) @ 173k - New Ignition Coils at 180k. - A/C is cold - Alternator checked and verified - Many service records from the previous owners as well as all original sales paperwork. - New 18” tires (less than 200 miles) on OEM Audi RS4 wheels. Spare is a full-size 17” on stock S4 wheel. (O.D. matches 18” Tires) - New aftermarket (all fiberglass) lower “door blades” with fresh paint. Front and rear bumpers as well as upper front grill also repainted. (I’ll include the OEM door blades, but they’ve rusted and started to separate.) - Aftermarket Pioneer Head Unit with AM/FM/CD/SD Card/Bluetooth/and NAV. System sounds great. (optional backup camera, but not installed). - New OEM cabin and air filter. - Armrest replaced (used) at 180k, in perfect working condition - Glove box is repaired, but in perfect working condition and even the cup holder has all of its pieces. - 2 keys and original Owners Manual Known flaws: Rear Arm Rest and Ski Insert. The plastic flap door that covers the “ski boot” when the rear armrest is down is broken off. The bag is tucked in there, but looks sloppy when the rear arm rest is down. The fuel gauge fluctuates from full to half intermittently and there is a fuel level sensor code. The Right-Side has been replaced. I would assume the left side needs to be replaced now as well. I don’t drive it much, so I just keep it full. The access doors to change the headlight bulbs don’t seal. This makes the headlights fog up after driving in damp conditions. They clear back up after a day or two. I have a set of aftermarket LED head lights that I’ll include, but they were a bit flakey and the driving lights didn’t always work. There are a couple little cosmetic issues; a few scuffs on the wheels, a couple scratched on the roof, and a couple minor dents in some trim. Will try to represent these in photos.
