2012 Mercedes Benz, SLS AMG 6.3L V-8 Roadster. Super light sport with the AMG performance package, 6.3 liter V-8, which is no longer in production! Obsidian Black exterior with Classic Red designo. Exclusive leather & carbon fiber package, U-70 Red ceramic breaks, full tech suite. Brand new tires, scheduled service A has just been completed. This vehicle had an MSRP of over $200,000. The Obsidian Black exterior is in great condition, I would rate the exterior a 9.7/10 mostly due to a minor marking here and there. There are no dents, gouges, or curb rash on any of the tires. The Classic Red designo interior is in excellent condition, with no imperfections or wearing of the seats; I rate it a 9.9/10. Priced so attractively due to a punctured oil pan resulting in a ceased engine in 2014. The previous owner drove over an object that pierced the oil pan, the vehicle was then driven without oil and the engine seized. All damage was contained to the engine itself - the vehicle's body and all other parts of the undercarriage/suspension were not damaged in any way. The vehicle has never been in an accident. As a result of the punctured oil pan, the engine & transmission were both replaced, the new engine and transmission were flown in directly from MB Germany, factory installed & warrantied by Mercedes Benz (MB – Fletcher/Jones), and the replacement cost was $135,000 which exceeded the repair value of greater than 40% of value of the vehicle. In order for the insurance company to cover the expenses, it required totaling it, which is the only reason for the rebuilt title. The new engine and transmission were installed in December, 2014 with 15k on odometer at the time. That means the new engine only has 22k miles on it. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a vehicle of this caliber & quality. Almost identical SLS AMG’s are selling for over $150,000.
