The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 1999 Subaru Legacy SUS Limited Sedan with the power sunroof, and heated leather seats. There has been only one owner since new, and this car has 106,267 miles. This Subaru is equipped with the 2.5L engine and automatic transmission. This Outback runs and drives beautifully. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The automatic transmission shifts nicely and the all-wheel-drive operates properly. The owner recently installed new tires which are showing most of their tread. The brakes are in great condition and the oil & filters were replaced last week. There aren’t any service or warning lights in this car and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this Outback anywhere in the country. This vehicle was inspected and approved for a complimentary 3-month nationwide warranty, which can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. This Outback has a nice looking exterior. The Black paint is checked and has some imperfections but is very glossy and not faded. There isn’t any rust on this Outback. The undercarriage is also clean and in great condition. The interior in this Outback is in excellent condition and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft and supple without any damage. The trim panels and all other trim pieces are intact, tight and in great condition. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this car. The history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear title in hand for this Outback. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
