Welcome to Carstore and our listing for this Fantastic 1970 Chevrolet C10 Short Box pickup. This C10 has a Super Stance and an incredible ride! This pickup was built in a pro-mod/pro-touring style. It is very sharp, great running, and sounds tough. Probably the best part of the C10 is how comfortable it is to drive, it has a great ride and goes straight down the road when you let go of the wheel. This C10 went through a complete frame off restoration except the cab. All sheet metal was replaced including the tailgate and a NEW Cowl hood was added, even the inner fenders are new! The 14 Gallon gas tank was relocated behind the axle, between the frame rails with an aluminum tank and the filler located in the bed. The body has been smoothed with all emblems removed. The bed was color match rhino lined. The color is the famous “Hugger Orange” complimented with a white roof and SS Style stripes. All the body work was done by a Professional Body Shop that is known for great restorations. There are pictures of the process on the C10 available and will be included in the sale. Over $16,000 was spent on the paint and body, and as you can see by the photos, the results are AMAZING. The interior is new with a LEATHER Cadillac Power Seat added. All the rubber seals on the doors and windows are NEW. A New windshield and back glass were also installed. The frame of the C10 was in GREAT shape before the restoration and only needed minor cleaning and was then undercoated. The Engine in the C10 is a 350 CU IN that has a mild cam, aluminum intake, headers, and a Edelbrock Chrome Dress up kit. The power is put to the ground VIA a turbo 350 automatic transmission. Power Steering makes the cornering comfortable and Power Assist Disc brakes bring the C10 to a halt. Brand NEW "Brother's" Gas Shocks (for lowered pickup) were installed to give the C10 a smooth ride! The drivetrain is in excellent condition although was already in the C10 before the restoration on the body and interior. The wheels are Nostalgic looking 18" US mags and wrapped with nexen tires. This Chevrolet C10 has ONLY 552 miles since restoration, so it is virtually a new build. This Fabulous C10 is ready to take to car shows. Total investment was over $35,000.
