Up for auction is an absolutely stunning Lotus Espirit V8 twin turbo. 10,100 miles! I am the second owner of this car, clean Carfax, no accidents! Black exterior with black leather interior. The seats have red piping. Custom matching Lotus floor mats. Upgraded Alpine CD with bluetooth. The interior still smells like leather. Upgraded Momo steering wheel which gives taller drivers more leg room( I am 6'1 and fit fine). AC blows cold. Never smoked in. Garage kept car. Sensibly adult driven. Babied actually. I got caught in a drizzle one time, otherwise not driven in the rain. The motor runs flawless, no leaks. Motor is stock with no modifications. Belt service complete 1500 miles ago. Follow up complete as well. Transmission shifts perfectly. Tail light panel updated with LOTUS LED tail lights which look incredible (Tail lights alone were over $1000). Upgraded lower valance and exhaust. Exhaust, tail light panel and lower valance came from the U.K. The exhaust are equipped with silencer boxes and do not have cats installed. This does throw the check engine light due to no cats only. The original exhaust and catalytic converters will be included for emission purposes. New battery with tender. The only flaw is a small scratch on the passenger side rear bumper. I did take a picture of it. It is not very noticeable. For a 1997 vehicle this exotic is as perfect as they come. All upgrades were done professionally. Belt service and followup was completed by Evans Automotive, Columbus, Ohio. The auction will include the car (of course), a custom cover, the original steering wheel, original tail lights, original lower valance, original exhaust and cats. I am nearing retirement age and am reluctantly listing the car to help finance a vacation property. I have owned dozens of vehicles and this by far has been the best and has brought me the most joy. It always gets attention no matter where I drive it. Cell phone pictures, thumbs up and lots of smiles. It has brought me lots of smiles as well. It may bring me a tear or two to see it go.
