Hello and thanks for viewing our Ford Econoline 350 Hi Top Passenger / Handicap van. We purchased this unit from a municipal school district where it was used for handicap student transport. Due to the fact the vehicle was fleet maintenanced, the oil was changed every 3k miles and all scheduled services were always performed on time. The unit has also been stored indoors overnight and over the weekends since 1998. The drivers did not have to pay for the fuel so it always had a full tank and was never ran low. You cannot find a better previous owner then a state or a municipality because of these reasons. Also if any issues do ever occur with their vehicles , they fix them right away rather then leave them to linger and cause more damage. Another great thing about this van being used to transport students is the fact that is was never beat on or driven hard and was never used at high or excessive speeds. In other words this unit has been Taken care of as good as physically possible. Also another good thing about it being a school vehicle is there was never any pets or messy stains or spills in the vehicle. The engine fires right up with a quick half turn of the key even in the cold. It is equipped with the International 7.3 POWERSTROKE Diesel engine which has been time tested and has turned out to be the most reliable engine ever made in any heavy duty passenger vehicle. They have been documented to go over 1 million miles. You dont have to take my word for it , if your not already familiar with the 7.3 , ask your favorite mechanic or do a quick google inquiry. These engines simply go forever and are super low maintenance so finding one with decent miles or finding one in a vehicle that is not a complete rust bucket is getting almost impossible to find. The transmission shifts smooth and right on the mark with no bangs or hesitation. The gear selector goes from park to reverse and drive and black smoothly with no clunking or banging ,proving the u joints and differential is in good working order. All interior options work As they should. The heat blows hot and the air blows cold. Van comes with a fresh oil and transmission fluid change. Brakes work good and don’t squeak or grind. The vehicle’s suspension is in good working order and it travels straight down the road without drifting even at high speeds. The van does not leak any fluids. All interior options such as power windows and locks, blinkers etc... all work. No cracked glass. Tires arent new but are in good shape and will offer plenty of use. To sum it all up, this vehicle can be purchased and put right to use or is 100% ready for whatever customizations you may want to do with it..I can honestly say I have described this vehicle to the best of my ability and I stake my 10 years of solid feedback on all my descriptions. That being said , we do still recommend that potential buyers inspect the van BEFORE buying. If you are out of state , we will go out of our way to send you extra pictures and even videos of the truck starting/ running and driving upon request. There are also 3rd party inspection companies in the area that will inspect the truck for you and give you a unbiased full report card. Even though this is one of the cleanest and nicest trucks I've had in awhile, it is still 19 years old and does have a tiny amount of use and wear, don't expect a brand new unit and we won't have any problems.The truck has never been in any major damage and has a clean title. I said it before and I'll say it again, this Ford is absolutely amazing and it's next owner will definitely not be disappointed. If you really like this unit I suggest buying it now. These vehicles when they are this clean never make it more then a day or two before being sold. If the vehicle does not sell after a few days I may decide to accept a reasonable offer but like I said they usually sell quick and this one is a lot nicer then some of the recent ones we've had for sale. If your going to buy it now or make an offer please have the funds already available. I have been buying and selling for over 10 years on eBay and have been able to maintain 100% feedback the whole time. I do my best to honestly describe each vehicle. Over the years I have found that a few simple rules and policies can save my self from wasting time with fake buyers who bid for entertainment purposes only. The truck is available to be seen pretty much 7 days a week upon appointment and again for out of state buyers I can take as many additional pictures as requested and I can also provide a video of the vehicle starting and running. I do not have any policies that any other legitimate auction site has. Again if you buy it now or I decide to take an offer please be prepared to leave the deposit and follow thru with the deal. No low balling please do a little research and a one owner clean 7.3 passenger van in this shape is worth this kind of money ,plus its a Hi top with a ton of extra room, and it's a life long investment. There is no such thing as buying and then coming to "look" at it. If you want to look please do that before purchasing.
