Vehicle Detail
This is one of the nicest 2 door post cars you will find. This car was completely taken apart and rebuilt with no expense spared. Less than 5k miles on the complete rebuild including drive train and tires. This is a turn-key car that needs nothing. I will outline it in more detail below: Body: Started out as a rust free body except some minor rust on floor pan which was professionally repaired with a complete new floor pan from front to back while at the same time a professional mini-tub was done using stock wheel wells which looks factory from inside the trunk. Very clean job throughout. Sub-frame connectors were installed and the entire underside of the car was then lightly coated with a rhino liner type material for a clean look and durability. Body is laser straight and painted using base coat/clear coat a correct original metallic blue. All new chrome bumpers, headlight bezels, tail lights, grill. Steelie wheels powdercoated with 4 inch up front and 8 inch in the rear with factory dog dish hubcaps. The car sits just right and looks just right! Drive Train: The little Nova is powered by a 310 horse 350 GM crate motor with a Performer intake manifold and 600 Holley carb. HEI ignition provides the spark and exhaust flows through 2.5 inch ramhorn manifolds and pipes. Features a high torque starter and 4 core radiator to keep it cool. The transmission is a 350 turbo trans with a shift kit installed and a 11 inch 2200 converter. There is an all new 10 bolt posi in the rear with Moser axles. The Nova runs very strong! Drum brakes in the rear and disc brakes up front to keep it safe. Interior: Everything is new and professionally installed. Looks exceptional as you can see in the pictures. All new instrument cluster and the original radio was sent out and rebuilt and has AM/FM with bluetooth capability so plug in your phone and listen to what you want through upgraded speakers in factory locations. An amp has also been installed to give it a little more quality. If you're in the market for a sweet little Chevy II then you need to consider this one. It has been done and done correctly. No mechanical issues of any kind. Fly in and drive it home. I am listing this for my brother-in-law who was the brains behind this Nova and he has done many of these including wagons so trust me, he knows his way around these cars and he built this one for his 17 year old son so no corners were cut on this car! His son has decided to sell it to buy a motorcycle and pickup truck for work so it is now available for sale. This is a California car from new and it currently resides in Riverside California which is where it will need to be picked up from. I can provide my brother-in-law's phone number to any serious buyers for more detailed explanation of anything done to the car. He is a meticulous perfectionist so don't expect to be disappointed when you see this car in person because you will not be! Check out the photos and my feedback and bid with confidence. We will require a $500 non-refundable deposit via Paypal within the first 24 hours of the auction's end with the balance due within 7 days. As with any older vehicle this car is sold "as is" with no warranties expressed or implied. It may be listed in other media for sale so we reserve the right to end this auction at any time should the Nova sell elsewhere. Good luck!!On Jun-19-18 at 20:18:21 PDT, seller added the following information: So I just realized that the pictures on the ad do not supersize or zoom in. Thanks to Don's Hot Rods for pointing this out to me. I called eBay and, believe it or not, they told me that I failed to use the "advanced tool" when creating my listing even though when the representative recreated my listing page she said the "advanced tool" option for some reason was not available. So they gave me the option to end the auction and recreate the listing with the "advanced tool" which should be available on the create listing page. The kicker is I would not be reimbursed for this listing even though it was not my fault and I would have to pay for the new listing all over again. What a complete rip off! I guess the best solution is to let the auction run it's course and if anyone would like me to send pictures to their email then please provide an email address and I would be happy to send them so you could enlarge them on your computer. Sorry for this inconvenience!
