Up for sale is my all original and rather clean 1985 85 Honda CR500 motocross bike. The 1985 was the meanest, highest horsepower version of the Cr500. It was also the first year it was sold as a water cooled unit. This example of the bike is stock and has fairly low hours. Condition notes: Bike has a RARE Ohlins rear shock - could use a service Nice shapeRuns wellPrevious owner rebuilt water pumpOnly non OEM items are the handle bars, grips, sprocket and silencer - thats it Original plastic is in really good shape, but shows some signs of age with normal scuffs, etc. Nothing broken. Bike comes with bill of sale only Seat is decent but a little hard from age - has a small tear in it, but still looks really good Has shifter side Bent footpegExpansion chamber is stockBottom of frame is good and not bashed in (normal paint wear though)Bike has normal wear and tear, but overall is a clean and mostly unmolested unit Overall this unit would make a great platform for a racer, or a full restoration wouldn't take much.
