The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2009 Subaru Legacy AWD with 97,877 miles. It is equipped with the 5-speed manual transmission. All of the power equipment in this car has been checked, tested and everything is operating properly including the air conditioning. **The Subaru recommended head service was completed on 06/07/18, which included the updated Subaru factory head gaskets and head bolts. The timing belt service replacement service was also completed at the same time. This vehicle was inspected and approved for a complimentary 3-month nationwide warranty, which can be upgraded to a 4-year comprehensive warranty at the time of purchase. The exterior of this Legacy looks great. The Atlantic Blue Metallic paint is glossy over the entire body with only minor imperfections. There aren’t any dents or body rust, and the undercarriage is also very clean and in great condition. The interior is clean and in great condition without any holes or damage. All other interior trim is intact and tight. This was a non smoker owned vehicle, and there aren't any odors or burn marks inside this vehicle. This Legacy runs excellent. The 2.5L engine runs strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts crisply and the clutch engages smoothly. The tires are almost new and the brakes are in excellent condition. The oil & filters were also changed last week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this Legacy is ready to be picked up and put to use immediately. The Vehicle History Report is clean without any accidents, damage, or problems. The title for this car is clear without any liens or encumbrances. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
