Follow the instructions below and you will receive a clean title. Vehicle - This vehicle was impounded and or seized for motor vehicle violations and was left abandon atthe tow facility and unused. The vehicle was transferred into government possession and now beingauctioned. This agency has not owned this vehicle nor does this agency have a history or record on thevehicle. Title - The winning bidder will receive a New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Application for Certificateof Title - Abandoned Vehicle Sold at Public Sale by Public Agency (Form OS/SS-88 (R2/10) (also known asa Green Sheet). This means that the winning bidder must sign in person at police headquarters and takethe completed form to a New Jersey Motor vehicle Commission office in order to obtain a new cleantitle. Winning bidder must have or obtain some type of New Jersey Identification (ie: Driver's License,Boating License or ID card) in order to obtain the final title.
