Vehicle Detail
Here is a great looking all original 1972 Honda CL 350. The bike is in great shape. It was setting in a basement for the last 20 years and now finally its back on the road! The paint paint is in awesome shape with a few blemishes next to gas tank cap.Tank and swing arm still have stickers on them. The paint on frame is in good shape too. The rear set holders to have some paint chipping off them. The motor has 2400 original miles on it. That's right 2400! The motor feels like its got great compression as well as a good spark. I have replaced the fuel petcock in this because the other ones seals were bad. I do still have original if you wanted to reseal it. The inside of the tank looks very clean. Tires have good tread and are not cracked either. The chrome on the bike is fair. It looks great in some places and in others not as much. The rims partially have some spots of rust, the pipe had some spots that were actually rusted out but I tig welded them closed and painted them in silver. The main one is in photos. The seat is nice and plush with zero rips. Speedo and tach have clean glass and are not rusty. Fork seals are not leaking and have good rebound still. The bike still has original tool set with all tools and are clean. The bike runs good and shifts through all gears smooth. Some may want to adjust carbs better for (perfect adjustment) but it starts, runs, and idles good. All electronics work as they should. Bike does not leak oil. It also has clean and clear title! Again, This is a 1972 that is now 46 years old! These 350's were around for a long time and are getting harder to find in good shape, yet alone with low miles as this one. This would be great for a daily rider, a weekend rider, or a piece of history in one's museum. I will assist on loading the bike with shipping if need be. Buyer is responsible for shipping and is responsible for for depositing $200.00 withing 24 hours after auction is over. Thanks for reading. Happy bidding! I am located 15 mins east of St. Louis MO
