You might have thought this was a 2017 or 2018 Audi R8 for sale and should be over $200k..... well it isn’t! It is a FULLY LOADED 2010 Audi R8 with the V10 motor and 6 speed manual shift transmission (stick shift). The V10, 530hp, manual shift black on black Audi R8 is one of the most desireable versions of the car. The car has 27k extremely well taken care of miles on it. It has the LED headlights option which are just amazing. This car is the first R8 in the world with the Crazy Cowboy Gen 2 rear conversion. As you can see it looks like the 2015-2018 model R8 from the rear and also incorporates an aggressive but subtle wing that was based off of the $1.1 million E-Tron Audi R8. This car looks like a brand new $240,000 version of the R8 to most people on the road. This conversion is 100% reversible to original (original, undamaged, unmodified parts are included with the sale) if you chose to put it back to the original rear lights. The BOLT ON Gen 2 conversion will be available for sale through Exotic Vette in the next few weeks. This car is equipped with a hidden K40 front and rear radar detector and laser shifter which was installed by the prior owner. I honestly do not use it but it is there. The car just had a full oil change with Amsoil Signture Series synthetic which is good for 10k miles. The tires were replaced just after 20k miles with OEM by the Audi dealer and were balanced and the car was aligned. The car has the remainder of the Audi Extended drivetrain warranty which does not expire for another 29000 miles or almost 26 months (June 29, 2020) so you can buy this car without worry about mechanical failure costing you a fortune. It is clear bra protected on the front end and doors for the ultimate protection from bugs and rocks. Ceramic tinted windows. I also added bluetooth music streaming to the car which was not available in the R8 until the newer model I believe in 2015. It does have the upgraded stereo option and navigation which sounds INCREDIBLE! Other than the brand new K&N filters done with the last oil change, the motor and drivetrain are completely stock. The exhaust on the car is the stock which is baffled for quiet when driving normally but when you put your foot down it opens the valves and really sounds AMAZING (even more outside than in). Has to be one of my favorite cars to drive on public roads. Comfortable, reliable, fast, beautiful (gets compliments all the time), and has a little room behind the seats and a trunk up front. One thing of note if you’re looking at buying an R8. The early model R8 with the automatic paddle shift (until 2013 or 2014) came with a single clutch and was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE to drive. I was considering one and test drove numerous R8’s. I could not understand why the stick shift was selling for more money until I drove one. The paddle shift R-Tronic is very slow shifting but worse it is rough so it does not make for comfortable driving in the city at all. Audi also stopped making the already limited production stick shift manual transmission after 2014 which is making these manual shift cars a lot more desirable to enthusiasts. If you want the look of a Gen 2 R8 and a manual shift stick this is the ONLY OPTION IN THE WORLD as of this moment because they did not make any Gen 2 with stick shift.... so there is not another R8 with the new lights that is stick shift. This particular car is black exterior with black interior and fully loaded with carbon fiber interior and engine compartment and side blades as well as an upgraded carbon fiber shifter knob and steering wheel which is carbon fiber and suede. FULL DISCLOSURE there was one issue in the CarFax which happened from the prior owner in which the bumper and fender were barely brushed by another car. Last two pictures are included below. It was so incredibly minor to even be considered an accident but I guess it was reported to insurance and was fixed 100%.
