The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2007 Volvo XC90 AWD with the 3.2L engine. There has been only one owner since new, and this vehicle has 93,306 miles. The window sticker shows $45,075 which includes the Premium Package, Climate Package, Versatility Package. This vehicle comes with a complimentary three month nationwide warranty. It also passed a mechanical inspection to qualify for up to four additional years of comprehensive warranty coverage, which is available at the time of purchase. This XC90 runs great, and there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The engine runs very strong and smoothly. The transmission shifts nicely and the all-wheel-drive operates properly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. A complete set of Firestone tires were installed less than three months ago and still look like new. The brakes are in great condition and the oil & filters were replaced last week. There aren't any warning lights on and this XC90 is ready to be picked up and driven home. The exterior of this Volvo looks terrific. The Magic Blue Metallic paint is very glossy over the entire body with only minor nicks, scratches or dings. The rock deflector under the engine has a dented edge which you can see under the front on the car. The alloy wheels are bright and clean, and all exterior trim is in excellent condition. There isn’t any body rust at all and the undercarriage is also clean and in excellent condition. The interior is clean and in great condition. The leather seats are soft and supple and the driver seat has only minor wear on the left edge. The carpeting is fresh and fluffy throughout this vehicle without any matted or wear spots. There aren't any rips or holes in any of the seats or carpeting. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage, and we have the clear title in hand. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
