Rebuilt, Rebuildable & Reconstructed

In the past four years, while the car has mostly been mostly parked due my oil/gas occupation job allowing minimal time - it's been extremely reliable. And even more importantly, it's a lot of fun to drive, turns heads everywhere it goes and a definite conversation starter. During hurricane Harvey, the vehicle was insurance claimed as apparently lack of expertise led to inability to jump start the vehicle (it didn't get any water inside as it was parked high up on the driveway). Long and short of it, i had it towed to Momentum Porsche of Sugar Land and the vehicle has been fully 60k serviced for $1600 (all receipts will be provided to you). Work Performed (all the below information can be verified)-Full 60K maintenance performed (less than 1k miles ago in 2018) by Momentum Porsche-Full interior/exterior detailing performed during 60k maintenance by Momentum Porsche -Shifter cable replaced (a few months back) by Victory Porsche (a known recall type issue on Caymans)-Front Michelin Potenza tires replaced (1k miles ago in 2016) at Discount Tire Features (Original Tag Price: $70,610)-Carmon Red Metallic-Navigation & Bose Surround Sound System-Porsche Communication Management (PCM 2.1)-Heated Front Seats-19" Carrera S Wheel Package-Wheel Caps with Colored Crest-Automatic Climate Control-CD Changer (6 Disc)-Floor Mats Upgraded-Power Seat Package-Bi-Xenon Headlamp Package-Sand Beige Standard Leather Known issues (mostly minor and nothing out of ordinary given the year of the car)-Someone parked too close at the movie theater and slightly cracked the front bumper (5- inch long)-The rear bumper has some minor left scuffs (not very noticeable at all)-Some minor scuffs in the interior and also minor scuffs by the exterior aerodynamic vents-The Porsche emblem misplaced out of the key (only have 1 key)- The Spoiler from time to time has issues (going up down), the same with driver side seat front/back (likely a simple fix)- The navigation has a line on the right of screen (while fully functional, the navigation version needs to be updated)- Drivers side seat has a small crack on the seat The Cayman drives smother and handles better than any other vehicle I've driven 300zx, Supra, 350z, 370z, hotrod, corvette, Porsche boxter, Porsche Carrera 911, 3000gt, wrx, gti, nissan skyline, Mitsubishi evolution, nsx, ferrari.
