Vehicle Detail
Maintenance: Ok, let's go to the accessories and salient information: Oil changed ever 5k, and valves adjusted every 5k as well Final drive oil changed ever 10k NEW brakes as of late 2017, with fluid flush. Clutch flush 2 years ago. New rear tire, maybe 300 miles on it. Grips - need to be replaced. Heat works fine but the rubber is thin. New alternator belt 15k ago (they go a looooong time) Though of course I rode in rain, the bike has NEVER sat out in the weather. Always covered and/or garaged. Accessories: SPARE DRIVESHAFT - these sometimes go out around 50k and are expensive. I have a BRAND NEW BMW one that goes with the bike! SPARE FINAL DRIVE - yes, really. Never had a problem with the original, but the PO just wanted to make sure, so I've kept it as well. Always lubed and in good condition. OHLINS Suspension front and rear - refreshed 2 years ago. Set for a 180# rider + passenger, but I have a SPARE set of Ohlins springs for larger passengers. Brand new Odyssey battery - still in box! Black Dog Cycle Works skidpate - as a testament to my crappy offroad skills, you'll see it's in unscratched condition. AUXILLARY FUEL TANK - Optional use- a few gallons will fit into this and replace the (excellent condition) pillion seat behind the rider (it is mounted to a pillion deck plate). There's an inline filter and a quick disconnect. I've never used this, but it's hosed in professionally into the right side of the fuel tank. Wonderful if you're a long distance rider. If not, just don't use it. I never mounted it (PO had it) Sargent World Sport Performance Seat - could use a re-cover. Excellent seat but time for a refresh from Sargent. Real metal bark busters/handguards. I still have the plastic ones if you need them. H&B crash bars ABS - works great HID low and high beams PIAA Driving lights PIAA offroad lights Short and tall windscreens Givi 46 (large) mount and trunk Micatech bags - the big ones - on and off in about 4 minutes with no big bracket hanging down. Spoke rims trickle charge and heated gear outlets fuse block under seat 3 spare coils (I had an issue with one, but wound up buying a full set. You're good to go on coils! Extra rear tire deflector (no idea why you need two...there's one on the bike, but it's there) NEW double take mirrors, not attached. Marc parnes balancer and adapter Small Pelican case mounted to a pillion deck plate just like the aux fuel tank. Handy if you want additional secured storage. Lots of other little doo-dads, probably too many and minuscule to list or make a difference. JVB maintenance disks, etc. ASKING PRICE: $ for pick up. Considering all of the items that will help this bike ride far into the future, I think the asking price is about right. Also would consider a trade (equal money or + $ on my side) for a good-condition late-60's early 70's Ford or Chevy pick up, depending on condition and such.
