1971 Land Rover Series 2A Left Hand Drive. This truck was restored in the late 90s. The owner was meticulous and did a very good job. Frame has no noticeable rust and has been treated with a protective coating. There is no rust under the coating. The bulkhead is also in very good condition with no rust aside from some surface rust. The doors are also in good shape with only a small amount of rust (about the size of a quarter) on the passenger door. I cannot stress how nice the frame and body of this truck are. There are no dents, dings or blemishes on the body panels. The tires are in good shape also. After restoring the truck the owner gave it to his son. The son drove it in college. It was last driven in 2004. It was titled and registered in Virginia. Son began working on the engine and lost interest. The engine does not run. It is missing the carburetor and some other items like water pump. I have a box of items ranging from water pump to brakes. One of the gas tanks has been removed. I purchased the truck from the son last year. He lost the title but will help obtain a duplicate from Virginia. He also lost the keys. I was going to sort out the title and then get it running but I am relocating and some of my "projects" need to go. No Reserve. No Title.
