2015 NISSAN ALTIMA S - 21k Miles - One Owner - ESTATE VEHICLE Thank You for looking out eBay posting. first things first please make sure you look at our feedback (especially the car related feedback to see that we always describe all of our vehicles correctly). . . . we are not dealers, we are an estate sale company and we run across interesting estate cars . . . . you are looking at a 2015 Nissan Altima S with 21,450 miles . . . . driven by an 82-year-old man. this is a one owner vehicle that was previously owned by the owner of Miller Nissan in Darien, Connecticut. we recently sold a 2007 Jaguar Station Wagon (w/7,600 Miles) from the same estate (this family also owns a local Jaguar/Land Rover dealer) It has a 2.5 litre four-cylinder engine, automatic transmission, factory CD, power windows, power locks, power seats, tilt, cruise control, antilock brakes, front and side airbags, ice cold ac, the engine compartment is spotless (I MEAN LIKE BRAND NEW) the car has never been smoked in . . no children . . no pets the car has never been eaten in . . .it was simply used by the housekeeper to run errands etc. there are some scrapes on the rear passenger side wheel well and one ding right in the center of the rear bumper cover . . .but nicely touched up. those are literally the only flaws on the entire car . . . . really not much else to say. if I can use the old expression "a picture speaks a thousand words" . . there are a few minor TINY dings and scrapes . . . overall it's in fantastic condition . .we are selling it no reserve. I think you will absolutely love this car. pictures are an accurate representation of what the car looks like in person this car looks runs and drives like brand new only "issue" if that's what you want to call it is a clerical error regarding the title when the car was brand new apparently Mr. Miller purchased this car for one of his housekeepers to use at his estate in Florida. when the car was brand new when they went to go register at a box got checked wrong on the back of the title. if you know anything about Connecticut titles you know that this is a VERY common occurrence (I will include a picture of the back of the title) on Connecticut titles there are two little boxes on the back of the title .. one box says something to the effect of "check this box if you know the mileage on the car is not accurate" the other box says "check this box if the vehicle's odometer exceeds mechanical limits" meaning it started at zero again human nature tells you when you are given the option of checking one of two boxes you HAVE check one of them right? when in fact when it comes to titles you were not supposed to check either of them unless one of them applies, I'm 100% positive the miles are accurate (21,450) on this car. it was driven by an 82-year-old housekeeper from the time they bought it until a week ago when the housekeeper retired (after the death of Mr. Miller) I will include a copy of the Carfax you will see that this happened when the car was brand new (68 miles on it at the time) so obviously there is no discrepancy with the mileage, it doesn't jump around or anything like that this was simply a matter of a box being checked when it shouldn't have. the NAM (not actual mileage) title was issued when the car had 68 miles on it . . SO CLEARLY THERE IS NO MILEAGE ISSUE. . . . in any event, the car is absolutely beautiful it runs and drives perfect it's a gorgeous pearl white with tan and black interior. it is fully loaded power steering power brakes power door locks power windows push-button starting (two key remotes are present) the tires are like new. this vehicle must be paid for within 48 HOURS OF AUCTION END we will assist with shipping, we have some VERY reasonable shippers upon receipt of payment we will overnight title, bill of sale and paperwork to you within 48 hours. (we prefer wire transfer) we have access to some VERY reasonable shippers. we will assist you in shipping the car. . .AND we will handle booking and meet the shipper, and as a courtesy, we will contribute $200 towards shipping. please ask your wife, husband, girlfriend, boyfriend, significant other, grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, dog, cat, mailman, psychic . . . for permission AND any financial issues resolved BEFORE you bid, I have heard every excuse of why a high bidder can't complete the deal, including "my cat walked across keyboard and accidentally bid on it".
