This car has been my daily driver/road-trip car for 4 years and it has been a joy to own. I have completed all required repairs/maintenance as needed because I needed it as reliable and durable as possible (only thing not addressed is that a code was triggered for power steering tandem pump malfunction when I took it in for service last but since it works fine, I havent worried about it - code was cleared and I was told to bring it back in if anything appeared). It has received regular washes and details at my office garage (probably bi-weekly on average and it shows). I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car on any long distances and I do regularly. If you are looking for a 957 Cayenne, this is the one. Unlike the newer 958 Cayennes, these 957s appealed to me due to their off-road racing pedigree. Porsche really wanted to demonstrate its off-road prowess by starting up the client-driven Transsyberia program. Initially, I was looking for one of those cars but was underwhelmed by the options, power, and ride on the steel suspension. Once I drove this Turbo, I was hooked. Its fast, very comfortable, versatile and will overcome anything you throw at it. This is also the last year you can mount 18 inch wheels on a Cayenne Turbo due to brake rotor clearance. This was important for me to be able to get the car to ride as I wanted it to with the closest thing to Transsyberia tires (these tires are a selectable option in the car's on-board computer to ensure speedo and differential calibration). Its unbelievable what this car is capable of in the sand and snow. All this makes these cars fantastic value, even without the extras/build specs listed below. Title in hand for a quick sale.
