We have known this car since new as the original owner was a family friend. Purchased in April of 1982 from Reedman Chevrolet in Langhorne. The original owner started showing the car almost immediately, winning a first place at Corvettes at Carlisle in 1983! It was shown regularly throughout its life. We have all documents from original sales material, bill of sale, tank sticker, window sticker etc. Every repair is documented, with nearly all repairs at Reedman Chevrolet. This 82 is all original with very few exceptions. Paint is all original as is the exhaust, suspension, interior, glass and engine. Spark plugs and wires still original. Tires were replaced in 2011. It has never been apart, molested, modified or wrecked in any way. It has been garage kept and driven sparingly each year. An amazing detailed oil change log indicates that most of the current 44000 miles were logged prior to 1990 with consistent use every year since. This consistent miles help explain its remarkable condition. It was used and loved and therefore was never allowed to sit and deteriorate. Seats are supple, carpets soft, rubber components still flexible. Bumpers still soft. Car rides, drives and performs like a NEW 1982 Corvette. Everything works, including the radio, power antenna and all gauges. Original dated t-top bags, floor mats, jack and spare are untouched and never used! Car is so much better in person than the pictures present! Condition is incredible but keep in mind, this is an original 1982 Corvette, so paint quality was not was it is on a modern vehicle. It also has some chipping down low and some scrapes on lower valance. The urethane bumpers have faded which is typical of original 36 year old paint. Remainder of original paint is exceptional! Incredible, you must see and drive to appreciate!!
