The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a very clean 2009 Subaru Forester 2.5XT Turbo AWD with 113,329 miles. This Forester is equipped with the leather interior, power sunroof, power seat, heated seats, etc. All of the power equipment has been checked and tested and everything is working properly including the air conditioning. There has been only one owner since new who traded this Forester in for a new van. The vehicle history report is clean and the tile is clear. This vehicle comes with a complimentary 3-Month Nationwide Warranty, with the option at the time of sale to extend comprehensive coverage up to four years. This Forester runs and drives beautifully. The 2.5L engine runs very strong and smoothly and the transmission shifts crisply. The all-wheel-drive operates properly. The owner recently installed a complete set of new tires which are still like new, and the brakes are in excellent condition as well. There is a brand new Timing Belt which was installed last week along with the oil & filters. Other than the tire here aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on and this Forester is ready to be picked up and driven anywhere. The exterior of this Forester is in terrific condition. The Silver paint is super glossy and brilliant over the entire body with nothing other than front stone nicks or minor imperfections. All of the paint on this car is appears to be original and there is no accident or damage history. There isn’t any body rust at all and the undercarriage is in excellent condition. The alloy wheels are bright and clean, and all of the exterior trim is in excellent condition as well. The interior has been extremely well maintained and is very clean. It appears that this car was rarely occupied by anyone other than the driver. There aren’t any holes or damage on the seats or carpeting. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any odors or burn marks inside this car. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $65, which will provide valid registration for a period of 60 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
