1967 Mustang Fastback Project. This is a running, driving, stopping car but in need of full restoration. Car has a 289 cu in engine believed to be original. 4 bbl Holley Carburetor was recently rebuilt. Auto transmission with a Ford 9" posi rear end. Car was originally a manual transmission and third pedal is still there. Car is not ready for the street. Can be driven to get it on a trailer. I have not driven the car. I can get it running but needs timed/tuned. New quarters were put on this car at some point. Floors were repaired with fiberglass and need replacement. Inner rockers look good, front frame rails are good. Torque boxes are decent. Rear frame rails will need replacement. Trunk floor is weak in a few areas. Doors are solid as are front fenders. The paint on the car is base/clear like a black cherry. Mustang was an original Dark Moss Green car. The car is pretty straight down the sides and looks decent. There are several scratches in the paint on the hood and other areas and a crack in front of the driver's rear wheel where body work was done on the quarter panel. This car did have a sunroof installed at some point. It is functional and car had been sitting outside briefly and doesn't appear to be leaking.All the glass is good and windows function. Some scratches in rear window. All window trim is good.The car comes with '69 high back seats which will need to be recovered. The fold down rear seat is all there and also has '69 cushions. Will need headliner. A lot of electrical modifications were made to this car as I think they were racing it at some point. Wiring will need to be gone through. Has racing type automatic shifter. Decent 15" Magnum 500 rims with newer front tires. Will need rear tires but these are holding air just fine.Clear Michigan title.Again this is a project car but will allow someone to get in on an original fastback Mustang for a reasonable price as these cars are typically very expensive.
