I am selling my Honda Shadow 600. I bought it in October of 2016 from a collection at auction in West Virginia. The bike had been sitting for 3+ years. So, I had the tank and carburetor cleaned, the oil and filter changed, put on new tires and tubes, bought a new battery and trickle charger and had a new chain with o-rings installed. I picked it up and trailered it from NC to SC. I rode it around the block. It started running rough and then the engine stalled and would not start. I let it sit for 15 minutes and it started right up but ran rough. I parked it in the garage with Stabil in the gas tank. My neighbor and good buddy had bought a Harley that summer and we were planning to ride together as soon as I got back to SC from the summer in NC. Sadly, he passed away before that could happen and I haven't been able to even look at the bike until now. It has been stored inside the garage. It turns over but will not start. Factory tool kit and Haynes manual included.It is a beauty and needs a good home and an owner cruising down the road really appreciating it. I hope it is you.
