***FIRST THE BORING STUFF: this auction is for my firm order spot in line and is in addition to the cost of the car. You'll pay the dealer MSRP and my $5K deposit will be transferable to you. So if you win this auction for $20K for an example you'll pay me the $20K and pay the dealer MSRP but my nonrefundable $5K deposit will transfer to you! We will do a notarized legally binding bill of sale to cover both parties. As soon as I get my deposit from you and we've both signed the bill of sale, I'll get you in touch with the dealer to get your name on the buyers order. If for any reason (other than changing your mind) you cannot get your name on the order I will refund your deposit in full with no questions asked.
