"1997 FORD F-250 CREW CAB SHORTBED XLT 4X4 DIESEL" This is the one your all waiting for.... this Super Nice truck is in awesome condition. You will love it, and cherish it for many years to come. I wanted to show it in its exact state, not all dolled up like most of these trucks on eBay are. I literally got it exactly like this ... no detailing, all it just needed was a wash on the outside.... it's so clean! Owned by a older gentleman for many years from central California, who took marvelous care of it. Only 160,000 original miles on it, was always used gently, never rough or off road. 7.3 Diesel runs beautifully... basically like its still new! starts up easy, great power, runs so smooth! Automatic transmission also runs like new, shits perfect. Was rebuilt 30,000 miles ago. I have receipts for it too. cost $3,500. Body looks great too very straight, and very solid California truck, Clean title, Never been in snow, or salt... Very good looking paint, no fading anywear, still shinny. Has a few bumps and bruises as you can see, but thats usual for its year. Undercarriage is in super great condition too! Ad well as the bed. I don't know that that white stuff on the edge of the windshield is. It's like a glaze inside the glass. The inside trim covers a lot of it so you don't see a lot of it. Interior is still like brand new also!!! its so clean, it didn't even need a vacume... LOL the carpets been always covered with those all weather mats, so the carpets look still new. seats have no rips or tears... they look great... looks like an older person owned it... dash is great too. Air conditioning works great, super cold, all power windows work perfect, all power locks too. Brakes feel great, stops great, Tires could use a replacement soon. I've seen tires in this size for an average of $125 a piece. not bad. Super nice camper matching shell too. it'll come in handy for hunting/campimg trips. So there you have it.. a really nice truck. 1997 is the last year of this body style and engine....
