Up for auction is a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria "Police Interceptor" sedan. This vehicle was purchased new by the Village of Clarendon Hills and used its entire service life as a fully marked police car. This vehicle has approximately 80,447 miles on the odometer and approximately 8193 run hours. The engine and transmission are strong and operate as they should. The paint is factory black and in overall decent condition for a used squad car. There is visible evidence in some areas of where the police decals have been removed as well as equipment mounting holes filled in on the trunk and roof. There is slight rust bubbling on the driver side front wheel well lip. The front bucket seats are in good shape but do have staining as seen in the photos. The driver seat is power and is working. The rear seat is in like new condition and never used due to being swapped out with a plastic insert while in service. The radio works but the power/volume knob doesn't seat properly. The dash lights work but the odometer LCD goes on and off intermittently. The tire pressure indicator light is always on regardless of tire pressure. The HVAC system works but the A/C could probably use a recharge. The tires are on the lower end of tread life but all hold air. Locking gas cap. Overall, the vehicle is in good condition and functions as it should. That being said, this is a USED vehicle and does NOT come with ANY WARRANTY WHATSOEVER.
