1975 VW Safari / Thing. Best deal on this site!. A real head turner. Very solid car! In close to original condition. Mechanically and Structurally Sound . Factory hardtop, New carburetor (still have the factory original if you want it), New Gene Berg short throw shifter (still have the factory original if you want that as well) and I recently had the electrical upgraded from the original generator to an Alternator. Great car for a "Thing" enthusiast or newbie. I had this brought up from Saltillo Coahuila, Mexico (very little rust, small amount under battery) two years ago as a project that I never got around to. I was going to have it painted so I have new welting for it, and although the floor pans are solid I have two new floor pans for it should you ever need them.
