Selling my 05 RC51. Amazing bike, sad to have to part with it, but it's time. 10,100 miles...bought it with under 1000 miles on it in 2011 from a military man. Adult owned, not beat / raced/ wheeled etc.City bike, so while it's not pristine, it's a good clean bike with a LOT life left in her. Predominantly ridden on jaunts out of the city, she was not a commuter bike for the majority of her life, and every well cared for.A LOT of fun to ride.Bike is in Brooklyn, NY will work with shippers, but need the bike gone before it get any colder...need the garage space and don't want to pay for winter storage. ***Updated pics - taken last night and show the bike is in very good condition (though could use a good bath). New tires this season.PLEASE LOOK AT PICS FOR DAMAGE - NOT BAD and shadetree repairable but I want to be sure you are aware! This was and is a city bike....people screw with your stuff in the city. Please look closely. The bike had been backed into when parked last season and this season...once on each side. The right side contact left a dent in the slipon (shown in pics)...might be able to pop it out as you can reach the inside of the dnet. The left sustained more damage and all but the fairings replaced...The two spots of damage to them are indicated in the pics. The top portion of the fairing, under the left handlebar cracked off (i took the bolt out so as to further highlight the damage. The pieces do line up and the bolt is back in, it makes the damage that much less noticeable. Also, on the Upper Fairing, the left mirror attaching point cracked and has been reglued with the proper epoxy and support from the underside...The pic is a bit dark, but what you're seeing is overspray of the epoxy...a person with a delicate touch and attention to detail could easily sand this back to stock dimensions.
