Vehicle is in very good condition overall. No accidents - no paint job. Engine runs fine and strong and transmission shifts fine in all gears with no issues. No rattling, no suspension noises. Very tight vehicle. Brakes and tires are in very good overall condition with plenty of life left on them. There are some small dents on the hood, roof & right side and some scratches on the lower right rear panel (see photos) from previous owner. A nice paint job should make the vehicle look like new but it will be sold AS IS and it is priced well below market value...Interior is in above average condition for age and mileage of vehicle. Seats have no rips only some spot fading on driver's seat. All electrical equipment and stereo wok fine with no issues. A very solid and dependable BMW with plenty of years of hassle-free motoring left. It has been garaged the last few years of ownership and used very little as a family third vehicle.
