Vehicle Detail
I will describe this vehicle the best I can. The good, the interior is very nice with new seat covers and real nice dash with rally guages. the door and rear side panels are either new or have never been out in the sun. The carpet shows some wear but looks like original. The headliner looks good probably original, The wheels and tires are new, The bumpers are new.the grill is nice. The bottom of the car looks real good for a car of this age,I see no evidence of major collision damage and only surface rust. The engine is a 340 that has been freshly rebuilt with a small cam and edelbrock performer RPM intake and Edelbrock carburetor. I can not match the numbers on the block with the serial numbers on the car though. The car originally came with a 3 speed transmission but now has a 18 spline Hemi 4 speed,It has new flowmaster mufflers that sound real good with the cam. Now the down side, Who ever had the work done on the car tried to get by as cheep as they could instead of doing it right and making a really nice car out of it. I don't understand how the car can look so good underneath and had so much rust on the outer panels. It has had 1 full QT panel replaced on the passenger side and a lower patch panel on the drivers side that look fair but the right and left doors either need to be re skinned or replaced along with both front fenders and front lower valance. The hood is nice.. I did body work for 20 years and now just do it on my own cars but have a torn rotator cuff and am going to be out of commission for a while so I decided to offer this car for sale but if it don't sell I have plans to make a really nice car out of it. Any one who knows these cars knows what they can bring. It has a good chassis and that is the main thing that is hard to find. Check us out at Ballenger Power on FB
