This is a 1951 Ford F1 with: 429 ci engineC-6 Auto transmission12-volt systemNew aluminum radiator and electric fan2:72 posi rearClean PA title It was a daily driving work vehicle until it was placed into storage about 5 years ago. While in storage, it was bumped into causing that small fender dent you see in the photo. The driver-side headlight was removed in preparation for a restoration but we have other projects at the moment. There are small rust spots in the usual places with paint bubbles and it could use some body work, but nothing a hobbyist couldn't handle or someone looking for an entry-level truck project. The floor pans also have only surface rust. The frame is in good condition. The body will need a new paint job eventually. There are two seats in the cab now. WORK DONE BY PREVIOUS OWNER: Drum-to-disc-brake conversion, paint job The previous owner also liked the "look" of a manual so he welded an additional pedal to the brake pedal (to resemble a clutch) and either one functions to stop the car. You can just cut it off with a cutting wheel if you don't want the additional pedal. Accelerator pedal is missing but the rod is connected allowing you to operate it. Also needs a new hood latch because previous owner said hood flew up on him causing the depressions you see in the firewall in the pics. Hood is currently secured shut with a chain. This is a solid truck to have fun with for a bit or complete the body work for a more polished exterior. SOLD AS-IS. Local pick-up only.
