Hello and thanks for viewing our Beautiful 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4 Diesel. This is a super clean rust free truck. It has never been in any accidents and is a non smoker with no foul odors whatsoever. This truck is equipped with the 6.0 Diesel that has already been "bulletproofed" so there is no need to worry about any head gasket problems with this truck. Heavy Duty head studs were installed along with the EGR delete kit and free flow exhaust. It also has the fluid filtration system wich I took a picture of to prove the work has been done, there are plenty of 6.0 trucks on eBay that claim to be bulletproofed and are not , that is not the case with this baby. Besides all the nice stuff that comes with the limited version of this truck , it also has plenty of extras. It has new heavy duty aftermarket calipers and drilled and slotted rotors. It has automatic fold down step bars. KN cold air intake and the DVD entertainment package. The engine fires right up even in the cold. It runs smooth and sound. The transmission shifts right on the mark with no slipping , banging or hesitation. There is no cracked glass and the brakes and all interior options work 100% as they should. I've said it before and I'll say it again even though 179k miles isn't a lot of miles on a bulletproofed diesel, the most important thing about a pre owned vehicle is not the mileage. The most important thing is how well the previous owners took care of the truck. I've seen cars and trucks with 180k miles run and drive better then vehicles with only 80k miles. It's easy to see this truck was someone's pride and joy becuase it was super well maintained and tons of money was put into the upgrades on this big rig. It has 4 new BF Goodrich All Terrain Baja Champion tires. They are LT 265/75R 16s. They are not cheap they go for over 200$ a piece. The truck also has custom chrome wheels that are in excellent shape. The carpet and seats are in great condition. The truck is not brand new and does have some wear but it is in better shape then some vehicles I've seen that are 10 years newer. One thing I love about these excursions is the pop up rear window/barn door combo. It's very unique and you can fit a ton of stuff behind then 3rd row seat. The spare tire is stored nicely inside with a carpeted cover on it. I can't say it enough, the most important thing about any vehicle is condition condition condition and I rate this truck at a 9.5 out of 10. If you would like to view the truck it can be seen pretty much 7 days a week upon appointment. For out of state buyers I can take as many additional pictures as requested and can even provide a walk around video and a video of the engine starting and running. I am a very easy guy to work with and I stake my descriptions on my 10 years of 100% solid feedback. If you want to look at the truck, please do that BEFORE buying it or ask for more pics and videos. There is no such thing as buying the truck and then coming to "LOOK" at it. If your going to "BUY IT NOW" or if I decide to take an offer you have to be ready to leave the deposit within 24 hours and follow thru with the deal. Also please already have the funds available to you before buying. That does not mean buy it if you've been pre approved on a loan or are waiting on a loan check, that means you must already have the money. Just last week someone held up my silver crew cab diesel I have listed. She bought the truck and told me she needed a week to come get it and would bring the funds with her when she picked it up. The day before she calls me and tells me the bank is waiting on more documents so she can't buy it yet. And that's after I already kindly stated the same rules I'm stating now and I expect when dealing with experienced eBay users. I'm not trying to be hard or mean to anyone, I'm the nicest guy in the world, but I've found that a few simple ground rules can save myself a lot of time and headaches. So please if you want to see it in person or want more pictures/videos , just ask. And again please only buy if you have the money.
