1947 Salsbury Imperial Rocket Model 85. This Scooter is super rare. It could exceed speeds of 60mph, has great torque, and has a floor throttle. This scooter spent 20 years in a private museum in California. When I purchased the scooter I had a full mechanical restoration done on the scooter. After a test drive the scooter hasn't had more than 5 mile placed on the rebuilt motor. This Salsbury received a first place trophy at the famous Autorama in Detroit (the Super Bowl of hotrod shows). I have title in hand. These scooters were selling at $20,000 dollars before the economy slowed down a few years back. These are still great investments.
