Vehicle Detail
This truck is absolutely rust free. Laying on the groud, looking up at the underside - it's definitely not from the midwest. It was previously owned by the Denver international airport and never left the airport grounds and has run on CNG for its entire life, until I bought it. When I got it home, I filled the CNG tank and drove it around for a while. It runs great, but the nearest CNG filling station is 20 miles away, so it's not a good option for me. I expected the gasoline side of the fuel system to be all gummed up, since it has never been used (according to the airport represenative). I changed the fuel filter, put fresh gas in it & dumped a bottle of fuel injector cleaner in the tank, cranked for about a minute & it fired right up on gasoline. It runs great on either system, but I am running it on gasoline now. This is a factory dual fuel. Not an aftermarket. It does not have a compuvalve. The CNG tank has expired. It expired in 2016. I never knew they made this model, but it's not a regular F150. It's a F150 7700. It has 7 lug wheels instead of 5 lug. It has the same heavy duty rear end as an F250 and also has the 4r100 transmission like an F250 & 4 wheel disc brakes. It's just a heavier duty model, but lighter than an F250. The truck runs great, has good power, shifts perfect, heat works, radio works but volume knob is glitchy sometimes, brakes feel perfect, steers straight with no slop or pullling. It's too cold outside to know whether the air conditioning is working properly, but it's blowing cold air. The only significant body damage is on the passenger side of the bed. It was a work truck, so there may be some minor dings and scratches, but is pretty nice for the year. It had radios removed, so the antennae are still in the roof and 3 screw holes in the floor hump. The Michelin tires are decent - i'm guessing 50% tread left. Located in Sheffield Village, OH 44054. Fly into Cleveland Hopkins and I will meet you at the airport. If you like it, pay me cash and give me a ride home, then drive it home. If you don't like it, fly back home.
