The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a great looking 2011 Volvo C70 T-5 Hardtop Convertible. This car has 202,718 highway miles. Although this Volvo has some miles on it, it looks great and runs excellent. The vehicle history report is clean without any accident or damage history, and the title is clean and clear. This Volvo is equipped with the power top, navigation, leather interior, heated seats, and side airbags. The top operates flawlessly, and all of the equipment in this car has been tested and is also working properly. This Volvo runs and drives beautifully. The Timing belt was replaced by the Volvo Dealer at 194,713 miles. The 2.5L Turbo engine runs strong and smoothly and the automatic transmission shifts nicely. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The matching set of Goodyear performance tires were recently installed by the owner and are showing most of their tread and the brake pads are in excellent condition as well. The oil & filters were freshly changed this week. There aren’t any service or warning lights on, and this C70 is ready for immediate use. This Volvo has a great looking Black Pearl exterior. There are the typical front stone nicks but there aren't any dents or scratches on the body. The alloy wheels are bright and clean. There isn’t any body rust, and the undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition without any leaks. The interior is neat, clean and in very good condition. The carpeting is fluffy and clean and the leather seats are in good condition with minor wear. All of the trim panels are intact, tight and undamaged. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The title for this car is also clean and clear. This is a very nice Volvo, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this C70 anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
