2015 BMW 750i 12,600 Miles “MECHANICS SPECIAL” This BMW was recently bought at a local “Dealer Only” auction. The car has a beautiful body and spotless interior. The car has a salvage title and we believe the reason is that it was a theft recovery. The motor has a definite tick. We thought we could fix it, but found out we don’t have the time, energy or expertise to deal with it and decided to sell the car “as is“, with the ticking motor.We did change the oil and filter with product bought at our local BMW dealer and the noise still persisted.
