2003 SL500 had front end damage when new so it was totaled. No visible damage whatsoever when looking under the hood it was strictly bolt-on pieces from what I can tell. previous owner bought at insurance auction and had the wide body kit professionaly installed. I have owned it 3 years and it runs and drives great. air conditioning works small stress cracks underneath the headlight that need to be touched up (see picture), hairline crack in steering wheel (see picture), very little wear on seat bolsters, fiberglass and carbon fiber misha body kit $12,000, with upgraded headlights tail-lights Grill and mirrors from a 2012, Vossen Wheels $6,000 custom exhaust to sound like a 63, dark tint. Hardtop retractable works perfect driver's outside door handle entry button does not work I use the remote key fob to unlock it and lock it. The body kit is fiberglass and like any fiberglass body kit in the right light you can see little imperfections. This is a super fun car for cheap that you can drive everyday and you'll find nothing that compares to this at this price. had my fun and i'm out of garage space.
