We have both sets of keys/remotes and all of the owner manuals. There has been only one owner since new, and this vehicle history report is clean without any accidents or damage. We have the clear title in hand. This Infiniti runs and drives beautifully. The 3.5L engine runs strong and smoothly without any issues. The transmission shifts very nicely and the All-Wheel-Drive operates properly. Other than the tire pressure monitor, there aren’t any service or warning lights on. The tires are showing good tread and the brakes are in excellent condition as well. All of the power equipment in this vehicle has been checked and is working properly. The oil & filters were replaced this week and this car is ready for immediate pickup and use. The exterior of this M35x looks terrific. The Black Obsidian finish is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body with nothing other than some rear bumper marks or cosmetic imperfections. There isn’t any body rust and the undercarriage is very clean. The interior is crisp, clean and has been very well maintained. All of the leather seats are soft and supple and the carpeting is fresh, clean and in excellent condition throughout this car. There aren't any holes or damage inside this car. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors or burn marks inside. I wouldn’t hesitate to drive this Infiniti anywhere, and this car should provide excellent service for many years to come. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $60, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer or cash in person. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. (Storage charges will not apply to vehicles scheduled for pickup by a transporter). We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
