OK, here it is, my Millenium Yellow 2004 Corvette. I’m an old car guy and I always wanted a Corvette, so a couple years ago at age 75. I started looking for a 2004. C5’s are my favorite design and they also offered comfort, ride, mechanically and electronically advanced enhancements that brought Corvette into the modern world of automotive excellence. Now at 77+, it’s time to let the car go to somebody else. “Nobody ever bought a Corvette because they didn’t want to be noticed” and the most noticeable color for a Corvette is Millennium Yellow; in 2004 they made less than a thousand with this color. The car is a very low-mileage, California car that has been obviously well maintained and I’ve followed the Corvette maintenance schedule. It’s bone stock, as far as I know. I did add “Curb Alert” and “Fangs” so there would be no more bottom scratches when approaching a parking barrier and I added jacking rails under the side panels. I personally detail the car with Chadwick’s Triple Play, before and after every ride. Yes, it has some minor paint defects... See the photos…three pencil tip sized marks on the front left fender that I didn’t even notice until I started detailing the car myself…a few very small paint chips on the front fascia, a small paint chip on the right side window-roof column. If you get down on your hands and knees, you’ll find some scratches-blemishes underneath that don’t affect the overall appearance, as well as a few tiny spots on the side-view mirrors. There are two small-stabilized-repaired windshield chips. All these were present when I bought the car and this car was the very best of what I had seen for sale. I think it’s as nice or nicer than most Corvettes I’ve seen listed on eBay, at Corvette shows or elsewhere. I think this car is a heck of a lot better than most. The Bridgestone run-flat tires have less than 2500 miles since new. The interior is excellent; everything works the way it’s supposed to. This car should well serve a conscientious buyer who takes pride in their vehicles. If you’ve never owned a Corvette, do some research on the C5s…1997-2004, their performance and maintenance. At the price this car will sell for, it’s a heck of a bargain. SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH NO WARRANTY; the description is my honest opinion. Comes with the “build sheet”, “window sticker”, a copy of Corvette facts, car cover, touch-up paint (since I’ve owned the car, I’ve never done or had anybody else do touch-up paint on this car). I’m confident that whoever gets this car will be very proud to show it off; it always draws compliments, “oohhs and aahs” wherever it goes. Calif.
